教學發展中心簡介Center of Teaching and Learning Development

有感於台灣的高等教育已由菁英型教育（elite）轉變為普及型教育（universal），本校自我定位為「精緻的教學卓越大學」，早於93學年度第一學期（2004年12月）即成立「教學卓越中心」（Center for Teaching Excellence, CTE），旨在精進教師的教學能力、激發教學熱忱、促進教學創新，並提供專業教學/學習資源，以營造優質的學習環境，確保學生的學習品質。

本中心自成立以來，除致力以上事項外，並獲得教育部「教學卓越計畫」補助，成為全台僅七所連續13年（2005～2017年）不中斷獲得補助的學校之一。2016年本校為「優九聯盟」創始的九校之一（2017年12月新加入3所學校聯盟，更名為「優久聯盟」(U12 CONSORTIUM)）。

自2018年起，本校繼教育部結束「教學卓越計畫」時代，邁入「深耕計畫」階段， 將在「傳播貫穿各學門、理論與實務結合、學產跨域再創新」三大優勢特色下，深耕教學與學習環境，奮力不懈，卓越更卓越。

自2023年8月1日，改制為教學發展中心Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD)。

【教學發展中心】

  • 提供教師、同學教育訓練（線上或實體）。
  • 推廣教育趨勢、教學科技與新知、優良教學範例。

另，下設二組：

【企劃管考組】

  • 教育部高等教育深耕計畫（主冊、附錄1、附錄2）規劃、執行與管考（2018～迄今）。
  • 教育部教學實踐研究計畫管考。
  • 橋接創新學產合作課程。
  • 邀請業界師資到校演講。
  • 鼓勵教學創新（方法、教材、師生互動方式）。
  • 促進教師成長社群跨領域激盪。
  • 遴選教學助理（TA）、提升TA職能並表揚優良TA。
  • 遴選優良教師。
  • 提供教學評量未達標準教師之輔導。
  • 教育部教學卓越計畫規劃、執行與管考（2005～2017年，連續13年）。

【教學資源組】

  • 專業教學暨實習設備（專業類器材、進階專業類器材、一般類）之購置、管理、維護、諮詢、借用申請。
  • 專業實習教室（攝影棚、錄音室、剪輯室等）之購置、管理、維護、諮詢、借用申請。
  • 專業器材與教室借用資格考核。
  • 網路直播設備之管理、維護、借用申請。
  • IPAD管理借用。

Center of Teaching and Learning Development

The Center of Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLD) of Shih Hsin University was established in December, 2004 aiming for advancing teaching/learning quality assurance. CTLD stands for promoting teaching/learning quality, assisting in improving teaching methods, sharing teaching experiences, providing teaching support and resources, encouraging teaching innovation, deepening quality assurance of higher education, and as an essential unit of concreting consensus of teaching/learning of the university. CTLD carries and promotes Program for Promoting Teaching Excellence Universities of Ministry of Education. It provides great assistance toward actualizing ideas for teaching/learning of education.
